On January 12nd 2024 the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Puthisastra organized a team building activity for their staff members in PREUK SA, Phnom Penh. The strategy planning session involves the setting of goals and these predetermined goals are accomplished with the help of managerial functions like planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. To reflect on the department performance and achievements and success.
The highlight of the department planning during the team discussions about problem-solving, challenges in the last year to propose the ideas on how to improve the department performance in this year 2024. And also about the program learning to be helpful to the best way to students for study and development opportunities for students
The faculty of Nursing and Midwifery has set a plan and gold to comprehensive strategy planning that outline action steps, timeline, overcome new challenges and responsible parties to successful implementation.
